How can I experience true life? Just P.R.A.Y.!
P = A PROMISE: God loves you
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son that whosoever believes in Him shall never perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)
R = A REALITY: We all struggle with sin
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23)
A = THE ANSWER: Jesus
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)
Y = YOU: You can choose to receive God's offer of Heaven
If you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9)
Are you willing to confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Boss? Are you willing to ask Him to forgive you of your sins? Would you be willing to pray the prayer below and receive God's free gift of forgiveness and true life?
Dear Jesus,
I believe that you love me in spite of who I am and what I have done. I believe you died on the cross for me. I believe you took my sins upon yourself. Will you forgive me of my sins? I give myself to you for you to be in control of my life instead of me. Will you change me and make me who you want me to be? Thank you Jesus for loving me, dying for me, and being willing to forgive me.
